MEET “MADDEN’S CREW”
We’re trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro at the end of the year to raise awareness for Angelman Syndrome. #summit4angelman
Kyle Rooney lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife Shawna and 3 young boys. The twins Madden and Declan and younger brother Conrad. Kyle is a surgical sales Division Manager and enjoys endurance sports like adventure racing and triathlon. He has very little mountaineering experience and this will be his first long distance trek. Kyle will be team captain and most likely leading from the back. He will provide bad jokes and very little valuable insight that will help the team reach the top of Kilimanjaro.
Pete England was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas, where he works in market strategy for a global medical device company. Pete and Kyle met through work nearly ten years ago and have since shared a common desire to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. Despite busy lives, that dream is becoming a reality. Pete has virtually no mountaineering experience but knows that won’t be a hurdle. Raising awareness for Angelman Syndrome on behalf of Madden is more than enough incentive to put in the necessary training hours and reach the “Roof of Africa.”
JW Wilson lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Andrea and two children Ryder (8) and Reese (5). J.W. owns and operates several companies that include Legintel, Fort Works Art, and Jaws Energy.
